Presenting To You ...

Hanging Garden Lace Shawl is here.

This was knitted with Knitpicks Shadow in the shade of Sunset. I used up a little over 3 balls to create a 22" x 70" shawl. As I mentioned earlier I have problems blocking it probably because it is big. I don't think I will be knitting any shawl anytime soon. Knitting is easy but blocking is really a challenge to me.
No work in progress for the time being. I'm looking at books for something to knit. I still can't find anything yet to knit. I'll post on more on next post hopefully with one of the WIP. Till then, have a nice weekend.

The stole is so pretty and elegant! I like the the color as well. I can imagine how difficult it's to block such a long piece.

Lovely lace in such a great colour. I cheat when I block a shawl by folding it in half lengthwise :)

I like your colour better! Yes, the thought of blocking is not too pleasant but oh! the joy of looking at it drying compensates for the aching muscles.

Blocking is also a challenge to me especially for a large FO. The lace shawl is very pretty.

So gorgeous! I have to block lace on the bed; as long as it's on my side, the husband doesn't mind to much. :-)

Its a very pretty shawl. I don't like the idea to block shawl that big also. The result is worth it, don't you think so?

Beautiful shawl - I love the colour. I don't have enough space to block something that size so usually block in sections and hope for the best.

Your SP9 package was posted today!
